Terms & Conditions
1. Order Confirmation
No order will be considered finalized until the required payment has been received according to the applicable payment terms.
Production will commence from the next working day after the required payment has been received.
2. General Terms
All quoted rates are valid for 5 days due to fluctuations in nationwide material, labor and operational costs.
Any changes in pricing after the validity period may be communicated before the order is confirmed.
Delivery timelines may be affected by unforeseen circumstances, including:
Monsoon rains and severe weather conditions
Dense fog or zero-visibility conditions
Road closures or transportation disruptions
Other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Space Lift
In case of anticipated delays, the customer will be informed accordingly.
3. Payment Policy
Orders below PKR 500,000: Full payment is required before production begins.
Orders above PKR 500,000: 70% advance payment is required, with the remaining 30% payable before delivery.
Orders above PKR 1,000,000: Payment will be scheduled as follows:
Initial advance payment as mutually agreed
20% payment upon completion
Remaining balance payable before delivery
Customers are requested to follow the agreed payment schedule to ensure timely production and delivery.
Any delay in payment may result in a corresponding delay in production and delivery timelines.
4. Delivery Timelines
Single residential products within Lahore: 20–25 working days.
Single residential products outside Lahore: 25–30 working days.
Custom residential or commercial projects: Timelines will be mutually defined based on the scale of the project, design requirements and number of items. Generally, such projects may take approximately 1.5–2.5 months.
International deliveries: Timelines and shipping costs will be discussed directly with the client based on:
Number and type of products
Volumetric weight
Destination and delivery area
Shipping method selected
Space Lift offers international shipping subject to destination and shipping feasibility.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges or other destination-country fees, which shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Customer Conduct
Foul language, abusive behavior, harassment, threats, misbehavior or misuse of conduct toward Space Lift staff, representatives, delivery personnel, or partners will not be tolerated.
Space Lift reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone violating these terms.
Where applicable, Space Lift reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action in response to serious misconduct, threats, fraud or unlawful activity.
6. Third-Party Websites & Services
Space Lift is not responsible for any harm, loss, or damages arising from the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or transactions associated with third-party websites or services.
Customers are advised to review and comply with the terms and conditions of any third-party website or service they choose to use.
7. Customer Reviews & Content
Comments, reviews, or other content containing unlawful, abusive, threatening, defamatory or obscene material will not be entertained.
Space Lift reserves the right to remove or moderate such content at any time without prior notice, where permitted by applicable law.
8. Privacy Policy
Space Lift takes the privacy of its customers seriously.
Customer information is collected primarily to:
Process and fulfill orders
Communicate regarding orders and services
Provide customer support
Inform customers about relevant products, services and promotions
Space Lift does not sell or share customer personal information with non-affiliated companies or agencies for their own marketing purposes, except where required to fulfill services, comply with legal obligations or as otherwise permitted by law.
